Ok, I have endless gripes about things and it's mostly film and TV related.

I bought the Simpson's season 10 box set a couple of weeks back, and have just finished watching them, and returned to watch the episode "Viva Ned Flanders". (Where he goes to Las Vegas with Homer and they get married).

Having never had Sky, I have only ever seen the Simpson's on BBC 2 and Channel 4. So This having watched all the series in order now, I something bothered me about this episode that I couldn't put my finger on until now.

How is it possible that Ned Flanders can be 60? When his parents were 70's beatnik hippies, how could be possibly be 60?

Now I know this is The Simpson's and it doesn't matter, but it still bugs me. Cast your mind back to season 8 with "Hurricane Neddy" where he returns to the mental institution where Ned learnt to deal with his repressed anger, and the Doctor who treated him back in the 70s meets him again. That Dr must have been like 100 years old!!!!!

Like I said, its The Simpson's and doesn't matter, but it still annoys me :)
